The City of Oxnard Planning Division is happy to provide a summary of proposed developments within the City. The development summary tables and maps are divided into Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Proposed Specific Plan area categories.

Use this sheet to identify the planner to the initials used in the table shown below.

Guide to the Development Project List- Tables
Tables list the information for each type of project.  Use the ‘ID’ column to find the
location of each project on the map as shown in the next image. This table also
contains contact information from the project applicant, addresses, project status,
planner initials, and basic project information.

The included maps display projects per category:
-Residential
-Commercial
-Industrial
-Proposed Specific Plans
The numbers on the maps correspond to the ‘ID’ column on the tables.
